Method
- Heat a cast iron grill or pan on medium heat.
- Spread the butter on one side of both slices of bread. Spread the dijon mustard on the other side of the bread slices. Arrange half of the cheese, then the ham, and the rest of the cheese. Top it with the second slice of bread with the butter on the outside.
- Cook the sandwich on medium heat until golden on both sides and the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
