Ingredients
  

  • 1 heaping tbsp - butterscotch find the recipe in my cold butterbeer recipe
  • 1/2 cup / 4oz - cream soda
  • 1/2 cup / 4oz - whole milk
  • 1/4 cup + 1/4 cup - heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan, bring all the ingredients (set side 1/4 cup of cream) to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Whip the 1/4 cup of heavy cream and whisk until you achieve soft peaks.
  3. Top your cup of hot butterbeer with softly whipped cream.
