Method
- Place a saucepan over medium heat with 2 tbsp of oil. Add the diced green garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes until soft. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the green peas, cayenne, and vegetable stock. Bring the mixture to a boil and then down to a simmer. Simmer for another 8 minutes. Transfer the soup to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste for salt and pepper.
