Combine the cream cheese, garlic powder, and dill in a bowl. Mix to combine. Set aside
With a vegetable peeler, peel the cucumber from one end to another to create strips. Do this with both cucumbers and make sure to be careful of cutting your fingers. Each strip of cucumber should have a bit of green on each edge.
Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the white bread. Arrange the cucumber strips on the bread with each strip overlapping one another to create a pattern. Trim off the crust of the bread and slice the bread into 4 triangles.
