Ingredients
  

  • 3 1/2 oz / 100g / 1/2 cup - granulated sugar
  • 3 oz / 92g / 1/2 cup - dutch process cocoa powder
  • 1.5 oz / 42g / 1/2 cup - powdered milk
  • 1 tbsp - cornstarch
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 oz / 114g - finely chopped dark chocolate

Method
 

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until powdery. Place the cocoa mix in an air tight container until ready to use. Heat one cup of whole milk in a saucepan with 1/4 cup of the cocoa mix for one serving.
