Ingredients
  

  • 3.5 oz - canned sardines boneless and skinless, drained
  • 1 - shallot large, minced
  • 2 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp - harissa or more to taste
  • 1 tsp - lemon zest
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • saltine crackers as needed
  • hot sauce as needed

Method
 

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and taste for seasoning. Serve with saltine crackers and hot sauce.
