Method
- Heat enough oil in a pot over medium heat to deep fry.
- Combine all the dries in a bowl and mix to combine. Add the lightly beaten egg and water. Mix until smooth. The batter should be thick enough to coat a spoon.
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Once the oil is heat to 325F- 350F, dip the pieces of chicken in the batter and fry until golden brown.
