Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 thin slices of fresh ginger
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. In a small pot, combined your water, ginger, cinnamon stick, and honey.  Bring to a simmer and add your dried hibiscus flowers.  Turn off the heat and cover. Infused for 3 minutes and enjoy.
