This Is Us: William Hill's Egg Cream
This Is Us: William Hill's Egg Cream drink inspired by the hit show, This Is Us.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Fox's u-bet Chocolate syrup
- 2 oz whole milk
- 4 oz seltzer water, cold
Instructions
- In a tall glass, add the chocolate and milk and stir together with a long spoon until well combined. Slowly add the cold seltzer water to fill the glass and a nice thick foam forms on the top of the glass.
Notes
Adjust the ratio to taste. I personally enjoy more chocolate syrup but I find that deviates from the classic recipe.
