In a bowl, mix together the eggs, oil, water, and meal until well combined. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, bring the broth and carrots to a simmer over medium low heat.
Divide the matzo meal into 6 equal size pieces. Roll into circles and carefully dropped them into the simmering broth. Cook for 20 minutes.
Drain the matzo balls and let it cool. Once it's cool enough to handle, you can start to carve out the details of the face. Use an image from the movie to use as reference.
Remove the yolk from the hard boiled egg and cut the egg whites into the shapes of the eyes. It's ok if it's not perfectly cut. Gently push the egg white into the cavity you made for the eyes.
Thinly slice the black olives to create the blacks of the eyes. If you want, you can dilute some black and red food coloring to create more depth in the eyes.
Serve the matzo balls with the broth and carrots. Garnish with chopped parsley.
