Ingredients
  

  • 100 g almond flour sifted
  • 135 g all purpose flour sifted
  • 30 g rice flour sifted
  • 60 g maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • large pinch of salt
  • 5 T-6T coconut oil liquid
  • optional: edible gold dust

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F.  Combine all your sifted dries in a mixing bowl.  Create a well in the middle of the dries and add your maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.  With a fork, start to mix and cut in the liquid into the dries.  Add your coconut oil and start to mix the dough together until it forms a ball of dough.  Add more coconut oil if necessary.
  • Start to roll the dough into small balls, about the size of hazelnuts or whatever size you prefer.  Keep in mind to adjust the baking time to the size of your cereal. An additional touch you can add is by rolling a few of the balls in edible gold dust to mimic the prized golden fairies mentioned on the cereal box. Arrange the cereal on a sheet tray.  Make sure none of the pieces are touching.  Bake at 350F for a total of 15 minutes.  Toss the cereal at each 5 minute interval to make sure it comes out evenly brown.  Let it cool before eating.
