Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease the square baking pan and cut out a square piece of parchment to fit on the bottom.
Combine the rolled oats, cocoa nibs, and peanuts on a sheet pan and toast for 10-15 minutes until the oats are lightly golden brown.
Meanwhile, combine the honey, brown sugar, butter, and salt in a saucepan and place it over medium heat. Heat just until the butter and sugar has melted. Turn off the heat and toss in the toasted granola mixture. Add the peanut butter and toss until coated. Add the chocolate chips and toss just until combined.
Press the mixture into the prepared pan. You can either use your pants to press down or a lightly greased spoon. Make sure the tightly pack the granola to make sure it keeps together after it's baked.
Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool in the pan completely. Cut the granola into bars to serve.
