Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup / 12oz / 340g - whole milk
  • 2 tbsp - honey
  • 1/2 cup - ice cubes
  • ground cinnamon as needed

Instructions
 

  • Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat just until it warms to body temperature. You don't want add the honey to hot milk.
  • Stir in the honey to the lightly warmed milk until dissolved. Stir in the ice and stir until cold. Strain into a cup and top with a bit of cinnamon on top.
