Ingredients
  

  • 2 large whole organic eggs straight from the refrigerator

Instructions
 

  • Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Quickly and carefully drop the eggs in the water. Turn the heat slightly down and set a timer for 5 minutes. Once the timer goes off, quickly place the eggs in an ice bath to cool down, around one minute.
  • You can serve the soft boiled egg with buttered toast. Give the top of the egg an firm tap to crack the top. Take the top off with your spoon or a knife.
