I felt the feast wouldn’t be complete without pork pie. In this case, since we already have a roast pork on the menu, I decided mini pork pies were perfect. The recipe for these mini pork pies is the exact same as the one I posted quite a while ago. It’s just as delicious as I remembered it to be and they’re best when they’re prepared the day before. I think it would also be a really cute idea if these mini pork pies were packed at the end of the night for your guests to take home. How cute would that be?!
Along with the pork pies, the final addition to this meal are the mashed potatoes. I am an idiot and forgot to take a photo of it but really, it’s just classic mashed potatoes with butter and cream – the perfect accompaniment to your meal.
