Ingredients
  

  • 1 - whole Mackerel cleaned, skin on, scales removed
  • 1/2 tsp - lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp - olive oil
  • 2 - garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp - espelette powder
  • 2 - pieces green onion chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill over medium high heat. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and start to coat the fish with the mixture. Season the cavity of the fish with salt and pepper as well.
  • Grill the fish for 8-10 minutes on each side or until cooked. Serve the fish with a side of lemon.
